This short, 15-minute course was designed to support employees whose work requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The course introduces OSHA requirements, different categories of PPE, and best practices for safe use. It incorporates five different practice scenarios that allow learners to drag and drop items onto a worker to protect them from different workplace hazards. To support learning, this part of the course includes a PPE Guide resource (lightbox slides) that can be accessed on demand.

The audience is broad and targets new employees across a variety of positions, including commercial drivers, warehouse workers, greenhouse and nursery production employees, and feed mill workers.

To support foundational equipment training, I developed this introductory eLearning course on skid steer operation. The course excerpt incorporates interactive elements such as tabbed content and labeled markers to help learners explore the equipment's anatomy and best practices for use. It uses video content to demonstrate key operational concepts. Designed as the first step in a larger training program, the course focuses on building awareness and familiarity, with formal skill validation occurring later through a hands-on equipment evaluation.

The audience is commercial landscaping employees who are new users of large equipment and are working toward equipment certification.

I designed and developed this eLearning to prepare employees for an upcoming Windows 11 upgrade. The course provides a high-level preview of key interface changes, new features, and what users can expect during the transition. Using a straightforward, responsive design, the module prioritizes clear visuals and concise content to build confidence and reduce uncertainty ahead of the rollout.

The audience is a diverse workforce at a large, multisite law firm with varying levels of technical ability. The anticipated user is someone who self-reports a lack of confidence in new technology.

I developed a technical reference guide for frontline employees to support efficient and accurate use of a retail point-of-sale (POS) system. The document features clear, step-by-step instructions paired with labeled screenshots to guide users through intermediate-level tasks and workflows. Designed for usability in fast-paced environments, the resource emphasizes clarity, visual support, and easy navigation to help employees quickly resolve questions and perform tasks with confidence.

The end users were retail associates who had completed their initial POS training, but were still in training on more advance skills.

The piece combines festive, engaging visuals with clear, actionable tips to help employees protect themselves both at work and at home. It balances a fun seasonal aesthetic with strong visual hierarchy and concise messaging, making it easy for readers to quickly absorb and apply essential security practices.

This was intended for an employee audience of diverse ages and technical familiarity at a large greenhouse & garden center operation, not all of whom use a computer for their professional work.
